CHAPTER TWO:
BLOOD, SWEAT, & TEARS
Due to Eddies' belief and intense training, Hannibal and Leo not only manages to stay out of trouble, but they becomes two of
the top ten teenage boxing contenders in the country.
Rollie
takes to sports as well. At the request of his older brother
, Ricardo, hoping to keep the michievious Rollie out of trouble.
Rollie joins, then excells on his Middle School Football team.In
less than a full season, He becomes team captain and is
recognized thoughout the state as talented quarterback for his
Junior High School football team:
The Jr.Destroyers.
Rollie also continues his friendship with
Carlos and Sarah as well as his dog "Dogg" a stray pup he recently
found, trained, and claimed as his own. As every thing seems to be
going good for both Hannibal and Rollie...Uncle Eddie becomes the
victim of a gang shoot-out and is killed. This not only sends Hannibal into a frenzy but Leonard begins to go down a path that will change his world forever.
Rollie also suffers a tragedy due to
gang violence. During the same shoot
out which killed Uncle Eddie,
Rollies'older brother Ricardo is shot and
killed by a rival gang. The death
of his brother has a heavy affect on
Rollie along with his grand
mother. Rollies' grandmother has
a fatal heart attack a few days after hearing about the death of her grandson. Now an orphan to the streets, Rolly follows in the foot steps of his older brother and becomes a
member of the Force Syndicate.
After months of proving himself, Rollie is
given his brothers TecH 9mm.

Rollie had loss an interest in guns after the
death of his Father ( Officer Ricardo Texador) but since becoming a gang banger he falls in love with this gun along with a small army worth of other fire arms he'd accumulate as he developes a new obsession for guns. Ricky and Rolly grew up with a love of guns based on their upbringing in a
former military soilder/NYC policeman household.
Carlos and Sarah are surprised to see the change
going on with Rollie but stands by him.
Though worried about the current psyche of their good friend,
Carlos and Sarah joins Rollie as members of
The Force Syndicate.
Without the influence and strong arm of his Uncle Eddie to watch out for him, Hannibal begins to get involved in the gang life.
He along with Leonard decides that boxing
isn't going to lead them any where and the safest way to survive on these streets is to join a gang.
Leonard joins the Paris Bloods after showing the
gang leaders his almost complete disregard for human life by setting a Teachers house on fire with his family inside.
Hannibal also joins the Paris Bloods gang
after getting kicked out of his mothers house.
