With the lack of super heroes no longer living in Dakota, Wise believe this is the perfect opportunity for the syndicate to get their respect as Heroes. Wise decides to split the Syndicate into two field teams. One team would focus more on the local "Home" threats, while the "away" team will handle situations outside of Paris Island.

However, Wise can still be stunned or knocked unconscious (as demonstrated in his fight with Icon), though this requires quite a bit of effort. Wise also has enhanced strength. He is able to extend this invulnerability to those he touches but has little control over this.Wise Son also HAS the ability to make an opponent possessing super human abilities vulnerable when in direct contact with him. IT IS UNKNOWN IF THIS ALSO weakens Wise Son as well.
Biography: Hannibal was a gang member who was present at the big bang event. Prior to the big baby, Wise spent time in Juve Prison where he became influenced by the Islam culture and took the name Wise Son. After being released, he rejoined the Paris Bloods, and created the Nur ar Allah (Lamp/Light of God) a sect of the Bloods. Following the Big Bang, Wise came from the event with superhuman abilities and joined the Blood Syndicate. After teammate Tech-9 died he took the mantle of leadership. Hannibal had a hot tempered natures which lead him into conflict with HIS TEAMMATES, AND OTHER DAKOTA HEROES. After BREAKING UP THE BLOOD SYNDICATE, He later clashed with Holocaust over leadership of the team. WISE defeated him and maintained leadership OF THE BLOOD SYNDICATE.

Powers: Able to turn intangible, fly, and see a few seconds into the future. Fade is a wave, in that his body is "spread out" over a three second period. Therefore he is somewhere between tangible and intangible: when he strikes you, his fists and/or feet appear to pass thru your body, but three seconds later, you know he's hit you.! He also has the nasty ability of being able to enter a body and solidify himself inside it (like "The Vision" of Marvel's "Avengers"). He also has the ability to travel back (and possibly forward) in time by significant amounts, evidenced by Kwai recognizing him the first time she meets the Syndicate, as someone she had known in one of her previous incarnations. A side effect of this ability is he doesn’t seem to have control over this power and the instances of clairvoyance he sometimes displays. Another side effect of his powers, is the fact that Fade needs his sister Flashback around to anchored him in time or he will "fade" away.
Biography: Carlos was a gang-banger. he Along with Tech-9, was a member of the Force Syndicate gang. His gang-banger lifestyle left a strained relationship with himself and his father. As a teenger he was sent to Spockman detention facility for boys and befriended Rolando Texador aka Tech-9. Over the years, Fade developed unusual feelings for Tech-9 though Tech never realized this. On the night of the Big Bang he was one of many gang members to attend the event. Unlike most of those present however, he was changed by the event into a super powered being. Stretched over a three second time span he would remain incorporeal and almost unseen forever, luckily his sister Flashback‘s power anchored him in whichever time she was. Powers: Flashback has heightened durability and strength. She can fly and can travel back in time three seconds, an ability she uses to change the past. It is unknown if she can individually travel three seconds back in time and/or make someone individually go three seconds back. Flash considers herself responsible for the welfare of the Syndicate as a whole because she has witnessed (and reversed) their deaths and severe injuries on multiple occasions. Flashback‘s power (as well as her blood relation) for some unknown reason keeps fade anchored in her timeline. if flashback was too die, disappear or loss her powers, her brother fade, would ultimately fade away into another timeline.
Biography: Flashback was one of only a handful of people to survive the the massacre of the Big Bang. After the incident she gained superhuman powers and banded together along with her brother Fade and many more “Bang babies” to form the Blood Syndicate. For a while she dated teammate and then leader Holocaust. Because of the nature of her power she was used as a fail-safe for her teammates when in hectic situations. If anyone was mortally wounded she would travel back in time and prevent them from dying. Over time however this took a tole on her psyche since she had memories of all her friends being horrifically killed. To compensate for the nightmares which haunted her she turned to crack cocaine use. When Holocaust left the team she remained with her friends under the leadership of Wise Son. After Holocaust returned and lost his challenge to Wise son for leadership , she continued to follow Wise son. During holocaust blood reign, she became friends with Rocket who helped her kick her drug addiction. She is the inspiration for the character Nina Crocker/Time-Zone, in the animated series Static Shock.

Powers: Third Rail is a former member of the Demon Fox Tong gang. After the Big Bang, He gained the ability to efficiently complete energy transfers from any source. Third is able to absorb any form of energy and use it to grow in size and strenght. Punch him and he becomes as strong as you. By absorbing the power in the subway's third rail, he takes on an enormously powerful stature. However, toe-to-toe on a desert island, Third Rail would only be about as strong as his challenger.
Biography: Third Rail is a Bang Baby, a gang member who received superhuman powers in the wake of the Big Bang. His involvement in gangs lead to his father suffering from a fatal stroke and his family breaking all ties with Pui. With no where else to go, he retreated to an underground warren in the abandoned Paris Island section of the Dakota City Subway System. There he claimed to be the protector of the homeless. He was later befriended by Dogg, who introduced him to Tech-9. Third is a founding member of the Blood Syndicate.During his time with the Blood Syndicate Third Rail began a romantic relationship with Brickhouse. The two even left the gang for a while during a dispute over Wise Son's leadership and began a fast food restaurant. both returned to the team not too much later as reserved members.

She Can tear or pound through almost anything and can take physical damage with only cosmetic repercussions. Unfortunately, these abilities led to a substantial amount of brain damage, and she was subject both to epilepsy and retrograde amnesia. Her name was inspired by the Commodores' soul classic, "Brick House".
Biography: brickhouse survived the Big Bang while pressed up against a brick wall; as a result, she took on its characteristics AND BECAME 7 to 10-foot-tall (depends on the artist). following the bang, brick became amnesic and was captured by the s.y.s.t.e.m. she was eventually rescued by the syndicate and become one of their members . During her time with the Syndicate, Brickhouse developed a romantic relationship with another Syndicate member, Third Rail. The two even left the Syndicate for a time and operated independently due to their disagreements with Wise Son's leadership. The two returned in time to help the Syndicate defeat its greatest enemy, the Demon Fox. The Blood Syndicate finally prevailed, at the cost of Syndicate member Kwai's life. After this final battle, the Blood Syndicate disbanded and went back to their separate lives, with Brickhouse and Third Rail opening a restaurant together. She is currently engaged to third rail. The character "Brickhouse" appeared in the animated series Static Shock

She has substantial control over water in all its forms: she can induce tsunamis and geysers, and shape near-freezing vapor into ice sculptures. This liquid form can survive trauma as great as being vaporized and recondensed. Aquamaria can also control water outside of her body, liquid or frozen,and can move quickly through other bodies of water. she exhibits all the properties of water - for instance, she has survived evaporation and recondensation.
Biography: Maria survived the Big Bang while floating in the (fictional) James River; as a result, she was transformed into "living water”. She joined the syndicate after her aunt and family members decided not to associate with her when she became a bang baby. She initially only spoke Spanish but seemed to have learned some English since her first appearances. Maria did not get along with flashback but has since become a very valuable friend and team member. The character was renamed "Aqua-Maria" when she appeared in the animated series Static Shock

He is also able to communicate with the hyper-intelligent rats of Dakota (and possibly with ordinary rats), even when untransformed. he is the last syndicate member initiated by tech-9, Berger joined the Syndicate during their attack on the S.Y.S.T.E.M. conspiracy.
Biography: Martin Berger is the youngest member of the Syndicate. He is a non-descript Caucasian teenage boy who joined a gang soon after moving to Paris Island. He lives with his recently divorced mother on Paris Island and attends the local high school. As Boogieman, he is a man-sized humanoid rat covered with short brown fur and usually wears black spandex jogging shorts, black wristbands, and a red baseball cap turned backwards. Upon joining the Blood Syndicate, Boogieman lets everyone assume he is Black becaused he feared that they wouldn't accept him otherwise. Even going so far as to constantly, and ignorantly, talk with slang. After fighting the Demon Fox everyone finds out he is white. They let him join with a warning to never lie to them again. Though he is bipedal in his rat form, Boogieman has a hunched posture, and runs using his arms and legs.

Powers: Kwai had numerous magical abilities, including flight and healing powers. She was also a skilled fighter. Though kwai is believed to have been killed during her final battle with the demon fox, nina lam secretly takes control of kwai’s body and powers. Following the original syndicates disband, Nina is shown meeting with former members of the Syndicate. When the team gets ambushed. nina apparently attempts to transform back into Kwai by saying her name (reminiscent of the 'SHAZAM' transformation of DC's Captain Marvel). Although she is rendered unconscious before she can say the word, she is later seen in the form of Kwai, implying that she has been granted a 'normal life' as Nina, with the potential to become Kwai in times of danger

Dogg currently has a very close relationship with wise son.
